Step 1.
CHARTERING ONLINE
Every program is required to renew annually with Little League® in order to maintain its charter.

ALL LEAGUES THAT CHARTER PRIOR TO JANUARY 1 WILL RECEIVE 10 ADDITIONAL FREE RULEBOOKS TO BE SENT WITH LEAGUE SUPPLIES

NEW IN 2016!

All leagues, regardless of past affiliations, are required to charter each year, and beginning with the 2016 season all charters will be processed online. The Charter and Insurance Applications will be available through the Little League Data Center, by logging on, and using your league ID number. Upon access to the Charter and Insurance Applications, please review it for accuracy with regard to fees, rates, credits/debits and contact information. Additionally, please complete the application in its entirety, as a partially-competed application will only delay the process.

WHEN COMPLETING THE CHARTERING PROCESS, KEEP IN MIND

A. Submitting your Charter application early will allow you to receive your league supplies complete with Rulebooks well in advance of the playing season.

B. Even if you don’t know the exact number of teams yet, Chartering early is the best practice. The numbers can be adjusted later after you complete your registration process.

C. Please note–deferred fee only applies to charter fees. If insurance fees are not paid in full and deferred after January 1, 2016 then insurance coverage effective date will not be until the date insurance fees are received, paid in full, and approved for a Chartered Little League and their chartered teams.
